Questex is seeking an Account Executive – Growth Sales to join our Wellness Group, home to the industry’s leading events and publications: Be+Well (NY, Las Vegas, FL), American Salon, and American Spa. Please note: Questex is unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

This is a growth-focused sales role responsible for expanding revenue within an existing portfolio of clients while identifying strategic opportunities for account growth and onboarding new business. You will build long-term partnerships with beauty, spa, wellness, and personal care brands, helping clients maximize their investment across events, digital media, lead generation, and integrated marketing solutions.

The Account Executive is embedded in Questex Life Sciences, Health & Wellness, where we open doors and expand opportunities for professionals across the life sciences, healthcare, and well-being economy. Specifically, this position supports our Health & Wellness Group.

As our Account Executive – Growth Sales, you'll support Questex's success by:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts within the beauty, spa, and wellness markets
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue and client engagement across events, digital, and integrated marketing platforms
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities that align with client business objectives
  • Conduct regular business reviews, present campaign recommendations, and develop customized solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce, ensuring strong account planning and revenue visibility month-to-month and quarter-to-quarter
  • Collaborate closely with Editorial, Marketing, Event, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize retention
  • Attend and support sales efforts at 3-5 flagship trade shows and industry events annually in New York, Las Vegas, FL, and other key markets

Your Experience & Education Include

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, media sales, events, marketing services, or related industries
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts, driving renewals, and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience developing client relationships and uncovering new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Experience with Salesforce is required; familiarity with Gong and Microsoft Business Suite is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Consultative selling mindset with the ability to understand client objectives and deliver value-driven solutions
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Benefits

This role offers a base salary of $60-65K plus commission. Commission is uncapped, so high performers can exceed OTE. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic and organizational factors are also considered. The following benefits are available:
