We are seeking a passionate Account Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term partnerships within an assigned geographic territory. This individual will collaborate with Factory and Multi-Line Representatives to leverage product knowledge and industry insights, delivering a robust suite of services and solutions to meet client needs, grow accounts, and enhance brand visibility.

Provide day-to-day support for clients, ensuring strong, lasting relationships by addressing their needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining satisfaction. Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, preparing and providing accurate quotes based on customer needs. Ensure timely follow-up on all quotes to address questions and move the process forward.
Follow up on all open quotes, working closely with clients to close quotes and finalize agreements. Incentives are based on successful quote closures and client ratings on industry platforms.
Partner with Factory and Multi-Line Reps in assigned geographic areas to ensure cohesive teamwork and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare client presentations and proposals, clearly communicating service offerings and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Engage with clients throughout the service lifecycle to ensure their needs are met, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing updates as necessary, including post-quote follow-up.
Work closely with internal teams to monitor account status, quote progress, performance, and client satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience across departments.
Track and analyze client data, including quote activity and closure rates, to identify trends and provide insights that support improved client service and performance.
Act as a trusted consultant to clients, offering guidance on service options and recommending solutions that best meet their individual needs, with a focus on successful quote management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met, quotes are managed efficiently, and relevant updates are communicated effectively.
Stay current on industry trends and company policies while performing other duties as assigned to support overall team and client success.
