We're now looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue growth for our Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) business across a named territory in AMER. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role for someone who builds their own pipeline and closes their own deals.

As an Account Executive, you'll own your territory end to end – from generating pipeline to closing revenue – for one of WithSecure's fastest-growing products. You'll run the full sales cycle, work alongside BDR, SE, and marketing in a pod model, and sell into Salesforce-heavy enterprises where security and platform owners increasingly demand native protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets.
  • Build and qualify pipeline through your own outbound, in partnership with BDR, and through marketing-sourced leads.
  • Run the full sales cycle from discovery through close, applying MEDDPICC as the qualification standard.
  • Engage and win over security and platform decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Salesforce platform owners).
  • Build account strategies in partnership with BDR, SE, and marketing.
  • Represent CPSF in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Dreamforce, regional industry events).
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and forecast on a weekly cadence.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales or Account Executive role; cybersecurity or the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding ARR / new-business targets.
  • Full-cycle selling experience – you generate and close your own pipeline, not just work what's handed to you.
  • Fluency in a structured qualification method (MEDDPICC or similar) and the discipline to apply it.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Disciplined CRM and forecasting habits; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Comfort selling to both security/IT and business buyers and navigating enterprise procurement.

The salary displayed on this page represents the starting point for the role. Final compensation is discussed individually and depends on experience, skills, and the local market.
