Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON (Hybrid) Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

About the Role

The Client Manager plays a critical role in managing client relationships, overseeing program execution, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple retail and brand programs. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and field operations, ensuring client objectives are translated into effective execution strategies and measurable results.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and solutions-oriented with strong experience managing retail programs and cross-functional collaboration. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and oversee day-to-day program management across multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, proactive communication, and strategic support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Operations, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Field teams to ensure successful program execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage program timelines, deliverables, reporting, compliance, KPI performance, and operational execution while proactively identifying and resolving issues, risks, and escalations.
  • Support program planning, launches, optimization initiatives, and post-program analysis while ensuring all trackers, calendars, reporting tools, and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial tracking for assigned programs while supporting operational scalability and process improvements.
  • Prepare and present client updates, business reviews, insights, and strategic recommendations that support client objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Foster strong collaboration across teams while contributing to a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Retail, CPG, or Sales Execution environments.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, field execution, and client management.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or client accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support clients and programs.
