What this role is all about

As an Account Executive at Infobip, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle and play a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their business challenges and position Infobip’s solutions as long-term value drivers. You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team that partners closely with product, marketing, and support to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. This role is well suited for someone motivated by ownership, impact, and building trusted client relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities using a variety of prospecting techniques
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and map them to Infobip’s product portfolio
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and deal closure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
  • Address client objections and concerns with structured problem solving and critical thinking
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and up-to-date opportunity data in the CRM system

What makes you a strong fit

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales role, ideally within SaaS or telecommunications
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business drivers and value-based selling
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with demonstrated experience in contract negotiations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in complex sales environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive alignment toward shared goals
  • Good understanding of industry dynamics relevant to Infobip’s solutions
  • Confident objection-handling skills and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Solid product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and position technical solutions
  • Proficiency in sales prospecting techniques, tools, and CRM systems
  • Experience with solution-selling methodologies

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience selling complex, multi-product platforms or enterprise solutions
  • Background in managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
