Job Description
The purpose of this role is to assist the team in their day to day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives
Key responsibilities:
Account & Client Relationship Management:
- Work closely with line manager and team to coordinate daily communications with Clients.
- Support in understanding Client expectations and identifying issues early to report to senior team members.
- Assist in maintaining a professional and positive relationship with Clients, including occasional participation in Client entertainment activities when required.
3rd Party Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers and third parties under the guidance of line manager to ensure deliverables meet quality and timing expectations.
Planning & Execution:
- Work with the line manager to prepare credentials for new Clients.
- Help tailor case studies based on each Client’s needs (excluding those requiring strategic insights).
- Collect and organize key materials such as brand induction content, client briefs, competitive reviews, market research, meeting notes, and project timelines.
- Prepare internal documents and briefings with the guidance of senior team members.
- Support in developing simple internal briefs and assist in clarifying client briefs (especially in case of verbal briefs).
- Assist in collecting and compiling competitive and client-related materials.
Quality Assurance & Project Operations:
- Ensure that assigned tasks are delivered on time, meet expected quality standards, and align with client requirements.
- Proactively share updates and seek feedback from internal or senior team members.
Team Collaboration & Development:
- Work collaboratively with other team members including interns and junior staff.
- Take initiative to learn from seniors and contribute to team activities and improvements.
New Business Support:
- Assist the team in identifying potential opportunities for additional services or projects with existing Clients.
- Provide support in preparing proposals or materials for potential Clients as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Take on other duties or projects assigned by the team or management.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in Account Management, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Digital, or Communications.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
