We're looking for a driven, target-oriented Account Executive to join Atera's growing sales team. You'll be selling a product IT professionals truly love — a trusted, disruptive AI-powered platform that's reshaping IT management worldwide. With Robin, our native AI agent, built directly into the platform, Atera is leading the charge in autonomous IT — and was recently named a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Endpoint Management Tools.

This is more than a sales role. You'll be part of a team that directly impacts Atera's growth, helping shape the sales org from the ground up — from processes and playbooks to the day-to-day culture. 📍 Tel Aviv (hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — from trial sign-up through to CSM handoff
  • Maintain and grow an active pipeline of inbound and outbound deals
  • Collaborate with CS, Product, and R&D on prospect needs and feedback
  • Contribute to building sales processes, playbooks, and documentation
  • Write technical responses to prospect questionnaires

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Native-level English (oral & written) must
  • 4+ years in SaaS B2B sales of a technical product must
  • Experience working with sales quotas and targets required
  • Mon–Fri schedule, US business hours required
  • Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
  • Ability to work hybrid in Tel Aviv, 3×/week
  • Technical IT knowledge — advantage
