Job Description

M+C Saatchi SSK is always on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our team. We are inviting applications for the position of Account Executive to join our growing accounts team. The Account Executive supports the day‑to‑day management of assigned clients and serves as a key point of contact for tactical communications, helping deliver excellent work while learning from and collaborating with senior agency leadership. This is a full-time role based in our New York office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the management of a portfolio of client initiatives, handling day-to-day execution and coordination with guidance from mid- and senior-level account leadership.

  • Help maintain client satisfaction and project momentum by ensuring deliverables are on track, communications are clear, and agreed tactics support broader business goals and creative excellence.

  • Identify and flag opportunities - both client-facing and internal - that may improve process, strengthen relationships, or create additional value, sharing recommendations with account leadership.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, etc.) to ensure work is executed accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations.

  • Assist with onboarding and informal mentoring of more junior team members (e.g., interns or coordinators) where applicable and contribute positively to team culture and collaboration.

  • Act as a proactive representative of the agency in all interactions, demonstrating enthusiasm for the agency’s mission, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership over assigned work.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

  • 2-4 years in an agency environment preferred

  • Experience with integrated campaigns (strategic and creative development and production).

  • An effective communicator, both written and verbal

  • A great listener, able to take in information and quickly sass out what’s next.

  • Organized and detail oriented.

  • A multi-tasker that can handle the pressure of several assignments at once.

  • Resourceful and inquisitive

  • Positive outlook and good people skills

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

  • Some travel is required.

Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from: $55,000 – $65,000. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
