Our client is a HK based startup providing homeowners engineer-matching and consultancy services.

Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Handle customers’ calls and follow up enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
Prepare sales reports, sales orders and quotations
Responsible for contract review, sales meeting, sales order processing and sales report analysis
Maintain good relationship with existing clients and develop new accounts
Coordinate between internal departments and clients to ensure timely delivery
Shift duty and outdoor work are required
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

F.6 or above
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in customer service/tele sales/sales or related fields, preferably in Interior Design industry
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Immediate Available is an advantage
5.5 - 6 days’ work, Shift duty
