This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to kick-start their career in account management at a world-leading creative agency. As an Account Executive you will be an essential part of the team, supporting the delivery of cutting-edge, data-driven CRM campaigns. You'll gain invaluable experience, working closely with senior team members and learning the fundamentals of client services, project management, and CRM strategy in a fast-paced, innovative, and supportive environment.

What you will be doing

Acting as a key support figure for the account team, assisting with daily client requests and communications.

Supporting the team in the successful delivery of end-to-end projects, from Strategy, Creative through to Development. Focusing on data-driven CRM campaigns, including emails and push notifications.

Assisting in the creation of project briefs and helping to interpret client requirements. Supporting the technical team by helping to test campaigns and ensure feasibility within the CRM system.

Assisting with the building of approved emails in the CRM system (e.g., Taxi for Email).

Providing administrative support for the account team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and taking notes.

Supporting briefs to the creative teams, organizing reviews, proof reading creative and ensuring a high quality standard of work.

Helping to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues and requests.

Learning about and supporting the team on larger strategic opportunities.

What we want from you

A demonstrable passion for marketing, technology, and client services. Previous internship or some work experience in a related field is a plus.

Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting your colleagues to achieve shared goals.

An enthusiastic and positive approach to taking on new challenges.

Good time management skills and the ability to assist on multiple tasks simultaneously.

A curious mindset, with an interest in CRM and data-driven marketing.
