Account Executive / Business Development Manager

Minneapolis, MN | On Target Earnings: $110,000 - $120,000

To foster our purpose, culture, and growth plans, we're seeking an ambitious, relationship-oriented, and energetic Account Executive to join our team. In this vital position, you will be responsible for:

  • Grow and develop new and existing client relationships with architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and human resource managers through in-person meetings, phone calls, social media, emails, and industry events.
  • Reach new prospective decision makers through phone calls, email, social media, and events
  • Execute the sales process through engagement, in-person and video discovery meetings, and agreement acquisition.
  • Manage and lead our job order process with hiring managers and internal team members
  • Meet with technical hiring decision-makers and field new client requests for our services.
  • Identify technical managers and HR decision-makers using databases, social media, trade magazines, and networking.
  • Provide feedback to internal management regarding company improvement opportunities through weekly meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
  • Experience selling recruiting or staffing industry services required
  • Three years' business-to-business outside sales experience strongly desired
  • Strong interest in developing new business relationships
  • Must have superior communication abilities during in-person and video customer meetings, phone calls, and industry events.
  • Must be self-driven, competitive, and a positive team player.
  • Purpose-driven career ambitions to positively impact people's lives through business and charity.
