We aren't looking for someone to just "close deals." We are looking for an Account Executive who can act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and Operations Directors. You won't just sell software; you will sell a new way of working. You will challenge the status quo of "gut-feeling" purchasing and replace it with data-driven, autonomous AI execution.

This is what you'll be doing

  • Lead the AI Conversation: Take ownership of qualified leads and guide them through a consultative sales cycle—shifting their perspective from "managing inventory" to "optimizing capital."
  • Data-Driven Discovery: Conduct deep-dive sessions to understand a prospect's current supply chain pain points. You'll need to speak the language of safety stock, lead times, and working capital.
  • The Power of the Demo: Perform high-impact product demonstrations that don't just show features, but prove ROI. You’ll show them exactly how our AI agents solve their specific stock-out and overstock issues.
  • Collaborative Closing: Work closely with our SDR team to refine targeting and coordinate with Customer Success to ensure the "Transformation Roadmap" you sold is ready for execution.
  • Optimize the Engine: Utilize our CRM and sales tech stack to track performance, analyze conversion data, and constantly iterate on your pitch.

This is who we’re looking for

The Sales Architect

  • 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Tech sales. If you have experience in Supply Chain, E-commerce, or ERP software, you’ll have a significant head start.
  • Full-Cycle Mastery: Proven ability to manage a deal from the initial "aha!" moment in a demo to the final contract signature.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch (Mandatory): You will be a key player in our home market, requiring native-level communication to build deep trust.

The AI & Data Mindset

  • Tech Savvy: You don't just use tools; you understand how they work. You are curious about how AI is changing the business landscape and can explain technical concepts with ease.
  • Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable looking at a prospect’s data and identifying the "hidden" costs of their manual processes.
  • Consultative Edge: You are a problem-solver who stays calm during complex negotiations. You know when to listen and when to challenge a prospect’s outdated assumptions.
