Are you a proven hunter who thrives in a fast‑paced IT sales environment and consistently wins new business by uncovering and solving client challenges? Do you excel at building long‑term customer relationships while strategically aligning IT services and solutions to evolving business needs?
We are looking for a high‑performing Account Executive based out of our Edmontonoffice with a proven hunter mindset who thrives in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven IT environment. You’ll own and grow long‑term customer relationships while driving sales from discovery through close. As a trusted advisor, you’ll quickly develop deep expertise in Long View’s services and solutions, uncover buying opportunities, and align technology to solve real business challenges.
Own customer satisfaction and revenue growth across your Edmonton territory and surrounding areas
Partner with Practice Leads to aggressively grow Long View’s presence, with a clear goal of becoming the dominant IT player in the Calgary market
Build and leverage strong field relationships, expand existing accounts, and proactively pursue leads from Long View and strategic manufacturer partners
Proactively identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities
Represent Long View’s value proposition and messaging as the primary relationship owner for your accounts
Own and manage the sales funnel end‑to‑end, from prospecting to close
Develop deep expertise in Long View’s full portfolio of services and solutions
Lead the creation of compelling proposals in collaboration with Service Delivery and Response Management teams
7+ years of proven success selling integrated, advanced IT services and solutions
A strong track record of owning, growing, and retaining complex client accounts
Demonstrated success in hunting and closing net‑new business
Hands‑on experience using professional sales methodologies to manage and close deals
Proven ability to sell through a solution‑based, consultative approach tied to real business outcomes
Solid understanding of manufacturer and partner‑led sales models
Willingness and ability to complete required training and maintain manufacturer certifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business and / or sales management
Experience using Microsoft D365
Knowledge of prospecting tools like Zoom Info
Completion of Microsoft Fundamentals in Azure or Dynamics
