What’s the role?

You’ll be the steady force behind our commercial banking crew—working full-time in Sydney to help bring smart Hospitality and Accommodation deals to life. You’ll team up with Relationship Managers to manage customers day to day requirements, structure solutions that make sense, and dive deep into credit analysis to keep our portfolio strong. It’s all about thinking ahead, solving problems, and making things happen for our clients.

What do I need?

We’re looking for someone who’s switched on, curious, and ready to learn. If this sounds like you, let’s talk:

  • You’ve got experience in business banking or an interest in Hospitality and Accommodation
  • You’re confident with credit analysis and risk writing—numbers are your playground
  • You’re a natural communicator and collaborator—people trust you and you listen well
  • You’re curious, solutions-focused, and always thinking a few steps ahead
  • You’re driven to grow, learn, and make a real impact—on your own and with the team
