What You Will Do
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients in the marketing and eCommerce sectors.
- Utilize Amplitude and MongoDB to analyze client needs and tailor solutions that meet their marketing measurement goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the data, marketing, or ad tech industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong proficiency with Amplitude and MongoDB, with the ability to leverage these tools for client success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the marketing technology or eCommerce space.
- Familiarity with data analytics and marketing measurement strategies.
- Previous experience in a venture-backed startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $130K, complemented by equity options between 0.15% and 0.25%. Our client offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
