What You Will Do
- Drive new business development by identifying and engaging potential clients through various outreach strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive adoption.
- Present product demonstrations that highlight the AI capabilities and benefits to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to enhance product offerings.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the B2B or enterprise software sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
- Experience selling AI or technology-driven solutions to enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies.
- A background in software development or a technical sales role.
