What You Will Do
- Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of our client’s solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the AI or software development sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Compensation and Benefits
