Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Account Executive to join our client's team. The selected candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while building strong client relationships and promoting tailored training solutions. The role involves working closely with internal teams to support business growth and ensure smooth delivery of services.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct training needs analysis and propose suitable solutions
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and reports
Key Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in sales or account management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in English and Maltese + valid driving licence
