What will you be doing?

You will lead a portfolio of small to medium FMCG clients, acting as their trusted partner and primary point of contact. You’ll own the day‑to‑day relationship, delivering exceptional client service while building strong, long‑term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality databases and reports on time, taking ownership of deadlines and proactively managing client expectations when challenges arise
  • Identify and escalate data integrity issues early, working closely with the Operations team to resolve them quickly and effectively
  • Clearly communicate data updates or changes to clients, explaining impacts and recommending practical solutions
  • Provide hands on technical support to clients using Circana’s proprietary software, including system setup, database configuration, data retrievals, and troubleshooting
  • Proactively spot opportunities to add value within your client portfolio and identify potential growth and expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar client facing role
  • Customer focused, with a genuine desire to deliver a great client experience
  • Proven ability to build, strengthen, and maintain positive client relationships
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to prioritise effectively and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Adaptable and quick to learn, particularly when working with new tools, systems, or processes
  • A natural problem solver, with a proactive and solutions focused mindset
