With a passion for sales, finance and technology, you are looking to join a collaborative sales team within a fast-paced startup environment. You are an extremely skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing, and your excellent people skills make you a natural relationship builder. You are organized and can manage multiple work streams in parallel while continuously prioritizing what’s most important. You are excited to join an early stage financial technology startup, and are motivated by the prospect of joining our sales team. You will be able to seamlessly own and maintain existing relationships with existing Flourish clients, while also being ready to build new relationships with a growing client base of independent RIAs.
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role on our sales team, working with RIAs to both grow adoption of our products within our existing client base and to bring new firms onto the platform. You’ll work independently to own and manage client conversations from end-to-end, including managing inbound leads and working independently to originate new business opportunities—whether through your own efforts or in partnership with our marketing organization or business development team.
You’ll partner across the organization to share client feedback, champion innovative business opportunities, and develop new strategies for growth while contributing to the overall sales efforts of Flourish.

Base Salary Range: $131,100 - $172,000 plus bonus
