Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Contractor (with potential for full-time conversion)
Salary Range: $3,000–$3,750 USD/month base + commission
Language Requirements: Fluent English
We are seeking a skilled Account Executive with experience in financial services sales to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving new business through proactive outreach and lead generation. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and market expansion in the Latin American region.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, cold call, and self-generate leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Manage full sales cycles of 6–12 months within financial services.
Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking using Apollo, HubSpot, JustCall, and ClickUp.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Report directly to leadership with updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial services or banking sales.
Comfortable managing long sales cycles (6–12 months).
Strong cold-calling and self-generation skills; proactive and independent.
Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, JustCall, and ClickUp.
Fluent in English with overlap in U.S. time zones.
Ability to thrive in a high-commission, draw-against-compensation structure.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a remote contractor in sales.
Knowledge of CRM optimization and sales workflow automation.
