SERVPRO Team George is seeking a driven and results focused Account Executive to expand our commercial client relationships across the Tampa Bay area. We currently have several territories available throughout Tampa Bay, giving the right candidate the opportunity to build and grow relationships within their own market.

This role focuses on developing partnerships with property managers, facility leaders, insurance professionals, and other key decision makers who rely on SERVPRO when property damage emergencies occur.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and turning relationships into long term partnerships.

What you will do

• Build relationships with commercial property managers, facility leaders, insurance professionals, and other key partners
• Develop Emergency Ready Plans for commercial facilities so businesses are prepared before a loss occurs
• Identify and pursue new commercial prospects through networking, industry associations, and one to one outreach
• Represent SERVPRO Team George at industry events, continuing education programs, and professional networking opportunities
• Monitor local loss activity and respond quickly when opportunities arise
• Work closely with operations teams to scope services, communicate solutions, and support project estimates
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout projects and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Identify and develop Centers of Influence that generate long term referral opportunities
• Participate in local and regional storm response efforts when severe weather impacts the community

What we are looking for

• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Organized, self motivated, and results driven professionals
• Comfortable with prospecting and relationship building
• Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting and relationship management is strongly helpful
• Two or more years of business to business sales experience is preferred
• Background in service based sales, restoration, insurance, facilities management, property services, or related industries is helpful but not required

EducationBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Work environmentThis role operates both in the office and in the field throughout the assigned territory. Travel throughout the Tampa Bay area is frequent since building relationships in person is an important part of success in this role. Occasional evening events or industry functions may occur.
