Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and results‑driven Account Executive to help drive the growth of a fast‑expanding technology company. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, acting as a key contributor to the expansion of our customer base and commercial success.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from identifying prospects and qualifying opportunities to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Prospect and expand the pipeline: Actively identify and engage potential clients in the B2B space, using digital tools, professional networks, social selling, and industry events.
  • Build strategic relationships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CEOs, Heads of Payments, and other key decision‑makers, understanding their challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Deeply understand the product: Develop strong expertise in our technology and fintech‑oriented solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear business value for clients.
  • Manage and forecast the pipeline: Keep a structured and up‑to‑date sales pipeline, ensuring prompt follow‑ups and accurate forecasting using CRM and internal tools.
  • Stay ahead of the market: Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory or technological changes to spot new opportunities and adapt your approach.
  • Report and collaborate: Provide regular updates to the sales leadership on performance, pipeline health, challenges, and customer feedback, supporting continuous improvement of our go‑to‑market strategy.

Who You Are

  • +2 years of experience in full‑cycle outbound B2B sales, ideally in technology or fintech, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Billingüal Spanish speaker with fluent English, able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken formats.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision‑makers in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Highly self‑motivated and results‑oriented, comfortable working independently while remaining a collaborative team member.
  • Natural curiosity about technology, automation, and fintech, with a strong learning mindset and willingness to continuously improve.
  • Resilient under pressure, able to handle rejections and still push towards ambitious goals.
  • Proactive learner who seeks out best practices in sales, business development, and opportunity creation.

Nice to Have

  • University degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a tech startup or scaling environment
