We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team to help us further scale our EPR Compliance Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
This is a remote or hybrid-working role at our New York office. ET/CT timezones preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive win-win outcomes.
- Meet or exceed quarterly bookings targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and market trends on packaging compliance(US/CA EPR).
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, the business development team, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Travel requirements: Industry conferences and to our NYC HQ
