As the successful applicant, you will:
Manage and convert a consistent pipeline of commercial insurance opportunities
Build and grow a portfolio of SME and mid‑market clients across multiple industry segments
Provide expert advice across a broad range of commercial insurance classes
Move efficiently through the full broking lifecycle: discovery, market engagement, recommendation, and bind
Deliver exceptional client service throughout the year, not just at renewal
Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach
Utilise digital broking systems to manage quotes, policies, and workflow
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales processes and client‑experience frameworks

Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance and/or Diploma of Insurance Broking
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage commercial accounts end‑to‑end
Proven track record of writing and converting new business
Comfortable using technology to streamline workflow
Commercial mindset with a genuine drive to grow
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving environment
Ability to build trust quickly with clients and insurer partners
