Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, identify business needs, and develop sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service to customers.

  • Develop and manage client accounts while identifying opportunities to expand services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging with decision-makers and understanding customer needs.
  • Lead the development of proposals that clearly communicate solutions and business value.
  • Present solutions to clients and manage negotiations to close deals.
  • Identify opportunities within key markets such as utilities, financial services, healthcare, data centers, government, and education.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years sxperience selling electronic security systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and develop business opportunities
  • Proactive approach to sales and customer engagement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing business environment
