The Opportunity We’re hiring an Account Director to take ownership of a number of strategically important customers within our UK water portfolio. This is a step up from a traditional Account Manager role, where you will operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability across both commercial and customer outcomes.
You’ll be the primary commercial owner for your accounts, responsible for revenue, renewals and growth, while building strong senior stakeholder relationships and shaping long-term account strategy.
This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll work closely with delivery, pre-sales, product and finance teams in a highly collaborative, customer-embedded environment to ensure successful outcomes for both the customer and Gentrack.
