The Role and WhatYou’llDo:

  • Overseethe day-to-daypartnership marketing &activation programming withtheclient’scross-functional teams (partnerships,brands,media, PR,social, etc.) and relevant agency partners in connection with client’ssports & entertainmentpartnership marketingplatforms

  • Develop and implement partnership strategy and activation; evaluateadditionalsponsorship opportunities and support contract negotiations as appropriate

  • Spearhead research and analytics efforts across client deliverables

  • Provide strategic thinking and recommendations for client and agency at large

  • Liaise with wider account team providing connectivity across all workstreams

  • Lead and mentor direct reports

You Have These:

  • A minimum of8+years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience in the sports and entertainment industries (specific disciplines could include, sponsorship marketing or event marketing)

  • Prior experience in managing the development and implementation ofpartnershipmarketing strategiesand activationson behalf of a clientorbrand

  • Prior experience managing a team/individuals

  • Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors

  • Prior experience with sponsorship contract negotiations

  • Understanding of, and practical experience with, event marketing operations andlogistics

  • Proven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results

  • Strongability tomanagemultiple projectsacross large cross-functional teamsindependently and diligently whiledelivering pre-defined goals

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with clientaccountmanagement experiencerequired  

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication skills

  • Enthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approach

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$112,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
