Job Description

As an Account Director, you are responsible for leading client accounts, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. You provide high-level counsel to clients, oversee campaign operations, and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and impact. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless campaign management across multiple accounts, while also being a collaborative team player who supports and enhances team performance.

Key responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Strategic Oversight

  • Serve as a senior advisor to key clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring long-term partnership success.

  • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends.

  • Manage and nurture key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for high-level discussions and decisions.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with senior client stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.

Continuous Improvement & Industry Expertise

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging media, and marketing innovations to enhance agency expertise.

  • Contribute to operational improvements, making client and campaign delivery more effective.

  • Collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and results in all aspects of client service and campaign execution.

  • Provide original, innovative thinking as an agency thought leader.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Ensure the smooth trafficking of campaigns and tasks across account and campaign management teams.

  • Oversee budget tracking, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives.

  • Manage influencer contracts and oversee timely and accurate payments for influencer fees.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across campaign management.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging best practices, leveraging insights to enhance client performance and agency expertise.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Act as a strong team player, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Support and guide the team in managing workloads, optimizing workflows, and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.

  • Foster a positive, solutions-oriented work environment that encourages efficiency, creativity, and accountability.

  • Partner with different departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective delivery of campaigns.

This role is suited for a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong ability to manage client relationships, oversee campaign operations, and drive business growth, while also contributing to a supportive and high-performing team environment. Preferable with Digital experience especially in Influencer Marketing and/or PR experience
