MSPS Athens is a leading agency in the Integrated Marketing & Sales Services sector, delivering impactful campaigns for major Greek and multinational brands. We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Director to join our Client Service team.

The Role

As an Account Director, you will play a key role in managing and growing important client accounts. You will lead the development and execution of BTL and experiential campaigns, oversee project delivery from brief to reporting, and ensure strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client leadership, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and is passionate about creating brand experiences that stand out.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for key Greek and multinational clients
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic thinking

Campaign & Project Leadership

  • Manage projects end-to-end: briefing, planning, execution, and reporting
  • Respond to client briefs by developing strategic proposals, creative concepts, and detailed action plans
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery

Commercial Growth & Development

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand service offerings
  • Support new proposals by preparing budgets, presentations, and reports
  • Promote company’s full range of IMC services within the client portfolio

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in account handling within an agency environment
  • Strong background in BTL activities, experiential marketing, and event management
  • Solid understanding of 360° campaigns and digital communication principles (including Social Media)
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal
