Broking House with a national reach requires the expertise of an experienced broker to manage a portfolio of corporate risk. If you are looking for a rewarding role in a reputable company that values their staff, then you need to consider joining this team!
As the successful candidate you will have:


  • 10+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance management

  • Product experience including ISR, Liability and Motor.

  • Willingness to undertake a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio

  • Networking and relationship building skills

  • Proven experience in developing new business ideal

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to interact with Managing Directors, Insurance Managers, CFO's and CEO's of large enterprises

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Tier 1 broking essential

  • Competent in IT and office procedures


Duties in this role will include:


  • Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of commercial risks

  • Introduce new business and participate in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients

  • Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets, including retention and growth targets

  • Planning and developing client retention strategies
