Who We Are:
Our story began in 2011 when a group of office workers at a major logistics company in Chicago had a lunch problem. Nearby options were limited, and the team was spending too much time and money traveling to their favorite restaurants. These foodies had an idea: connect with local chefs and bring their culture inside the office to sell food from their authentic restaurants. It was an immediate hit. When they discovered people from other companies sneaking into their office, they knew they were on to something.
Fooda pioneered the concept of rotating Popup restaurants inside offices. Today, we operate in 45 cities with over 100 million meals served and continue to grow rapidly. Powered by technology and a network of 3,500+ restaurants, we feed hungry people at work through a platform of unique food programs located within companies, office buildings, hospitals, schools, distribution centers, and more. The Account Director provides portfolio-level leadership over Fooda’s most valuable and complex client partnerships. This role combines strategic account management, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure client success, retention, and profitability across a defined portfolio of Premier Accounts.
As the bridge between day-to-day account execution and enterprise strategy, the Account Director leads Account Managers and Onsite teams in delivering exceptional performance, while driving measurable growth and long-term client value. You’ll operate as both a hands-on leader and a strategic thinker setting direction, supporting execution, and ensuring every account in your portfolio performs to its full potential.

The salary range for this role is between $70,000- $120,000 plus a bonus and is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills
