Your Key Responsibilities

he Account Director will be responsible for delivering commercial performance and maintaining strong customer partnerships:

• Own and develop the relationship with premium seafood retail customers
• Lead and execute joint business plans to deliver volume growth and profitability
• Identify and unlock opportunities across the seafood category
• Maintain and build strong cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery of plans
• Negotiate effectively to deliver strong commercial outcomes
• Analyse market, customer and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Oversee forecasting, pricing and commercial governance with accuracy and discipline
• Ensure continuity and stability across the account during the FTC period

Lead a premium seafood retail account on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
