Who We Are

About your role

To manage and grow weighted eatery and on-premises accounts within the assigned portfolio. This includes opening new accounts, converting competitors’ customers, driving loyalty programs, and ensuring execution excellence to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management & Growth
• Manage and develop weighted eatery and on-premises accounts in the assigned portfolio.
• Open/hunt new customers and convert them into loyal customers.
• Set account opening/cracking targets and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular business reviews with loyalty customers to strengthen relationships.
• Execution & Coordination
• Coordinate with Route Supervisors to manage account cracking and activation.
• Drive cooler placement and ensure timely deployment.
• Oversee smooth handover of cracked accounts to Route Supervisors.
• Visit outlets and execute activation programs to deliver company targets and maintain loyalty/exclusivity status.
• Strategic Initiatives
• Manage loyalty program and exclusivity budgets to achieve targeted numbers of exclusive and loyalty outlets.
• Initiate plans to convert competitors’ customers and propose strategies to ADM for approval.
• Train and work with ADRs to crack new stores effectively.
• Support & Collaboration
• Support specific projects as identified by MU/RSM.
• Provide data support to GTM/TMKT teams.
• Drive focus brand and pack growth initiatives.
• Coordinate route restructuring and ensure proper allocation of POSM in responsible areas.
• Other Duties
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
