Als Account Development Executive (m/w/d) legst du die Grundlage dafür: Du identifizierst die richtigen Ansprechpartner, initiierst den ersten Zugang und arbeitest eng mit unserem Management zusammen.

Du recherchierst gezielt Unternehmen und identifizierst relevante Entscheider (C-Level, VP, Director)
Du verstehst, welche Unternehmen aktuell vor strategischen Investitionsentscheidungen stehen
Du baust strukturierte und präzise Kontaktlisten auf und kontaktierst die Entscheider:Innen individuell
Du sprichst potenzielle Gesprächspartner über LinkedIn, E-Mail und Telefon an
Du qualifizierst erste Gespräche und koordinierst Termine für das Management
Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Datenbank kontinuierlich weiter

Qualifikationen
Erste Erfahrung in Research, Lead Generation, Vertrieb oder ähnlichen Bereichen ist hilfreich
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit LinkedIn, CRM-Systemen und gängigen Tools
Interesse an industriellen Themen, Energie oder Nachhaltigkeit

As an Account Development Executive (m/f/d), you lay the foundation for this: You identify the right stakeholders, initiate first access, and work closely with our management team to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
You research companies and identify relevant decision-makers (C-level, VP, Director)
You understand which companies are currently facing strategic investment decisions
You build structured and precise contact lists and approach decision-makers individually
You engage potential stakeholders via LinkedIn, email, and phone
You qualify initial conversations and coordinate meetings for management
You continuously maintain and develop our database

→ No traditional lead scoring
→ But: precise identification and targeted outreach to relevant decision-makers
What makes you successful
You work in a structured way and have strong attention to detail
You quickly understand which companies and individuals truly matter
You communicate clearly, concisely, and to the point

You are reliable, self-driven, and consistent in execution
Qualifications
Initial experience in research, lead generation, sales, or similar areas is a plus
Strong German and English language skills
Confidence working with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and common tools
Interest in industrial topics, energy, or sustainability
