Beim ICEE (International Council of Energy & Environment) geht es nicht um klassische Leadgenerierung oder Marketingkampagnen.

Wir schaffen kuratierten Zugang zu Geschäftsführer:Innen und Entscheider:Innen, die konkrete Investitionen in Energie, Infrastruktur und Dekarbonisierung verantworten.

Als Account Development Executive (m/w/d) legst du die Grundlage dafür: Du identifizierst die richtigen Ansprechpartner, initiierst den ersten Zugang und arbeitest eng mit unserem Management zusammen.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Du recherchierst gezielt Unternehmen und identifizierst relevante Entscheider (C-Level, VP, Director)

  • Du verstehst, welche Unternehmen aktuell vor strategischen Investitionsentscheidungen stehen

  • Du baust strukturierte und präzise Kontaktlisten auf und kontaktierst die Entscheider:Innen individuell

  • Du sprichst potenzielle Gesprächspartner über LinkedIn, E-Mail und Telefon an

  • Du qualifizierst erste Gespräche und koordinierst Termine für das Management

  • Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Datenbank kontinuierlich weiter

-> Sondern: präzise Identifikation und Ansprache relevanter Entscheider

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und hast ein gutes Auge für Details

  • Du kannst schnell verstehen, welche Unternehmen und Personen wirklich relevant sind

  • Du formulierst klar, präzise und auf den Punkt

  • Du hast keine Hemmung, aktiv auf Entscheider zuzugehen, Fehler zu machen und aus diesen zu lernen

  • Du bist zuverlässig, eigenständig und konsequent in der Umsetzung

Qualifikationen

  • Erste Erfahrung in Research, Lead Generation, Vertrieb oder ähnlichen Bereichen ist hilfreich

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Sicherer Umgang mit LinkedIn, CRM-Systemen und gängigen Tools

  • Interesse an industriellen Themen, Energie oder Nachhaltigkeit

At the International Council of Energy & Environment, this is not about traditional lead generation or marketing campaigns. We create curated access to CEOs and senior decision-makers who are responsible for concrete investments in energy, infrastructure, and decarbonization.

As an Account Development Executive (m/f/d), you lay the foundation for this: You identify the right stakeholders, initiate first access, and work closely with our management team to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities

  • You research companies and identify relevant decision-makers (C-level, VP, Director)

  • You understand which companies are currently facing strategic investment decisions

  • You build structured and precise contact lists and approach decision-makers individually

  • You engage potential stakeholders via LinkedIn, email, and phone

  • You qualify initial conversations and coordinate meetings for management

  • You continuously maintain and develop our database

→ No mass outreach
→ No traditional lead scoring
→ But: precise identification and targeted outreach to relevant decision-makers

What makes you successful

  • You work in a structured way and have strong attention to detail

  • You quickly understand which companies and individuals truly matter

  • You communicate clearly, concisely, and to the point

  • You are comfortable proactively reaching out to senior decision-makers, making mistakes, and learning from them

  • You are reliable, self-driven, and consistent in execution

Qualifications

  • Initial experience in research, lead generation, sales, or similar areas is a plus

  • Strong German and English language skills

  • Confidence working with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and common tools

  • Interest in industrial topics, energy, or sustainability
