Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end delivery, customer success, and profitable growth for a strategic account by building a high-performing delivery organization that consistently delivers business outcomes, operational excellence, innovation, and differentiated customer experiences.

The ADH is accountable for delivery excellence, revenue and margin growth, customer satisfaction, AI-led transformation, governance, risk management, talent development, and continuous innovation to create sustainable competitive advantage and long-term client success for the account.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Success & Delivery Excellence

• Lead end-to-end delivery ensuring achievement of business outcomes, contractual commitments, SLAs, delivery milestones, and quality standards.
• Build trusted customer relationships, manage governance, risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations, and drive customer advocacy through consistent delivery excellence.
• Enhance delivery predictability, operational rigor, and customer experience through effective execution and outcome-focused delivery management.

• 2. Business Growth & Commercial Performance
• Drive delivery-led growth by identifying expansion opportunities, supporting sales pursuits, and converting opportunities into revenue across accounts, sectors, clusters, and service lines.
• Optimize profitability, utilization, cost efficiency, and revenue realization while minimizing revenue leakage.
• Partner with sales and account teams to accelerate growth, strengthen commercial performance, and maximize business value.

• 3. AI-Led Innovation, Automation & Operational Excellence
• Lead adoption of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and hyper-automation to transform delivery models, enhance customer outcomes, and improve productivity.
• Drive continuous innovation through process transformation, reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, delivery IP, and data-driven decision making.
• Leverage AI-led insights and intelligent operations to improve scalability, efficiency, quality, responsiveness, and business performance across delivery portfolios.

• 4. Governance, Risk & Talent Leadership
• Establish best-in-class delivery governance, assurance, compliance, financial controls, and risk management practices to improve operational resilience and delivery predictability. Ensure effective resource planning, vendor management, forecasting, and operational controls while maintaining adherence to organizational standards. Build a future-ready organization through leadership development, succession planning, capability building, mentoring, and a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
