Working closely with the Account Services Manager, this role ensures daily site activities are coordinated effectively so that agreed service levels are consistently achieved.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As the Account Delivery Administrator, you will be the central point of coordination for day to day account activity on site, ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams and operational partners. You will manage client bookings and amendments across multiple systems, ensuring vehicles are booked onto site correctly, services are applied accurately, and work is completed in line with client requirements. This includes monitoring booking feasibility, managing de‑fleet activity, arranging collections and deliveries, and liaising with transport teams.
You will take ownership of customer communications through multiple inboxes, responding to daily enquiries, booking updates, complaints, damage notifications and exceptions. Where issues arise such as delays or service risks, you will liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve them and escalate when required. Monitor customer KPIs, run daily operational and performance reports, support complaint management through to closure, and assist the Account Manager with customer trackers, review meetings and ad‑hoc commercial requests. You will be confident working with multiple systems, inboxes and stakeholders in a fast paced, customer‑focused environment.
