As an Account Coordinator (Travel) you will support the financial and operational aspects of travel for Castlemain’s Settlement programs across Canada. This role will be responsible for processing travel expense claims and managing supply orders, enabling traveling staff who deliver accessible, community-aligned, and trauma-informed services to Claimants.

This is a permanent, full-time remote role.

About the Opportunity:

  • Support the management and reconciliation of company credit card transactions and other corporate travel-related accounts by working directly with the Finance team to ensure travel expenses are appropriately categorized and working with employees and external vendors to gather invoices and receipts
  • Review and approve expense reports through SAP Concur in alignment with applicable policies and budgetary considerations
  • Answer questions and support team members with travel expenses and SAP Concur as needed
  • Order supplies for traveling team members and track supply levels
  • Support development of travel itineraries based on travel arrangements booked by the Travel team
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as required

About You:

You bring at least 2 years of experience in administrative/financial coordination and expense processing as well as:

  • Experience with SAP Concur
  • A high standard for quality, accuracy, and detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Competence in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, emails and presentations
  • Passion for community-centered programs with a focus on reconciliation and partnership with Indigenous communities 

Experience working with or alongside Indigenous communities or organizations is preferred.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.

Compensation:

Starting annual compensation of $51,000 - $69,000 plus rewarding benefits package. The offered compensation will take into account the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
