Job Description

About Us

At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading US based companies. We support both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring strong alignment in skills, communication, and long term fit.

While we are not the direct employer, we act as a trusted partner, connecting exceptional talent with great opportunities and providing ongoing support every step of the way.

About the Client

Our client is a fast growing US based company in the marketing technology space, focused on helping businesses create and send highly personalized direct mail campaigns at scale.

Their platform combines automation with physical outreach, allowing marketing and customer success teams to execute targeted campaigns through personalized mail and printed materials. They are a remote first company with a global team and are currently expanding their Customer Success operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Account Coordinator to support the Customer Success team in managing and executing client campaigns.

This is a hands on, execution focused role where you will be responsible for keeping projects, data, and communication running smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are accurate, on time, and properly executed.

The role involves a mix of coordination, data handling, template review, and campaign support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with structure, details, and fast paced environments.

This role is primarily focused on execution and coordination rather than strategy, and is best suited for someone who enjoys operational work and managing multiple moving parts.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, execution focused environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Tools and Systems Experience:

  • Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Drive
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, including VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and basic data formatting
  • Familiarity with Canva for editing or organizing simple campaign assets
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating meetings using Google Calendar or Calendly
  • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity and basic data tasks
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new platforms and internal tools
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate client projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Schedule meetings and track progress to keep stakeholders aligned
  • Review campaign templates to ensure accuracy before launch
  • Upload and organize assets in Canva, Google Drive, and internal systems
  • Clean, format, and manage data in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Support campaign setup and ensure readiness for execution
  • Maintain documentation and internal trackers across accounts
  • Identify and flag issues early to prevent delays

What Success Looks Like

  • Brings structure and clarity to fast moving workstreams with minimal oversight
  • Maintains accuracy while handling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Communicates proactively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Anticipates issues and resolves them before they impact delivery
  • Demonstrates reliability and ownership in day to day execution

Benefits

  • Compensation: $2,000 per month (USD)
  • Unlimited PTO and US holidays
  • This is a full-time role with 8-hour shifts, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Must be able to work US business hours with availability overlapping PST time zone M-F.
