Job Description

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

The Account Coordinator Energy/Projects provides top-notch support to our clients. You'll be the first point of contact, own the communicationsm liaise internally with pricing and operations to solve their problems and ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.

Essential Job Funcations:

  • Coordinate receipt of new bookding with inetrnal operations, ensure sop and working instructions are used and ensure general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints are documented and resolved within an assigned SLA's.
  • Resolved the client's complaint; detamining the cause of the problem;selecting and explaining the best solution to sovle the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution via STARS.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Make it snappy. No one likes waiting.
  • Using powerbi to ensure the outflow to C View and other milestone tools are 100% acurate and intime. Show them how awsome our product is.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve user experience. Your feedback is vital.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interations alongside other CWW regional stations and CWW sales account owner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

Education and Experience:

  • MBO/HBO or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3+ years in customer support role & ideally project freight forwarding.
  • VGB Certification required.
