As an Account Coordinator supporting our Dallas area office, you'll be responsible for providing various administrative support on assigned accounts. This role comes with unique opportunities and set of responsibilities, designed to gear the right candidate for success in this industry! Account Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative sales support to Account Executive
  • Initiate / prepare projects and associated correspondence as required for assigned Account Executive’s accounts
  • Responsible for writing weekly sales highlights
  • Monitor production process to ensure all project objectives are accomplished and in a timely manner
  • Assist in closing out jobs and process job related expense reports
  • Attend production meetings between sales staff & shop supervision in Account Executive’s absence
  • Gather information for Account Executive on delinquent account matters and follow up as directed
  • Maintain an accurate and accountable job file on all project activities
  • Represent the company and its products and services professionally in a manner consistent with current marketing direction
  • Additional responsibilities required.

Requirements

Account Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications

  • Associates / Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communication preferred
  • Trade show / event marketing experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, conflict / resolution & communication skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office
