Summary

Under direction, the successful candidate will be responsible for computing, classifying, verifying, and recording numerical data, as well as reconciling accounts, records, and financial documents.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors and staff.

Example of Duties:

• Utilizing computer systems to obtain and enter vendor information.
• Communicate with vendors and staff both oral and written.
• Request, review and process vouchers.
• Prepare records of cash receipts.
• Review financial data to ensure correct account and appropriation are cited.
