Havas BudapestWe are looking for an Account Executive and Social Media Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and support strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for digital and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of client projects from planning through to delivery
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the client and the agency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
  • Understand client business objectives and proactively respond to their needs
  • Participate in campaign strategy development and ensure effective implementation
  • Coordinate and lead internal project workflows, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide reports, and deliver optimization recommendations
  • Prepare client presentations, status reports, and meeting summaries
  • Identify insights from data, trends, and competitive analysis to support better decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, content, media, etc.)
  • Proactively suggest new ideas, solutions, and opportunities for client growth

Social Media Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms
  • Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and publishing
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and KPIs
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure engaging and consistent messaging
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Support community management and ensure brand consistency across channels

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Prepare campaign reports, performance analyses, and financial summaries
  • Support billing processes and administrative tasks
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by management
