Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Administrator to support project teams through project administration, documentation management, tracking, and reporting. The successful candidate will help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget by maintaining project records, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and providing administrative support to both internal teams and customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, supporting multiple priorities, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.Create and maintain project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets and summary spreadsheets.

1. Review project proposals for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines.
2. Administer the flow of project documents between internal and external stakeholders
3. Enter and track orders, manage logistics and monitor past due accounts.
4. Track and report project measures such as project expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality related measures. Report potential project problems as soon as they can be identified.
5. Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support as needed.
6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
7. Understand. Create. Simplify.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma

2+ years of project support experience

Strong computer, telephone, proofreading and filing skills

Ability to learn concepts and technical details of products and services

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Background check results satisfactory to SEL

Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications

Related Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge of accounting principles

International shipping experience

Experience with Deltek Vision or other project management software

Pay Range Data - $28.00/hour - $33.00/hour annually

We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Account Administrator level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
