In this role, you will manage a caseload of adult males in custody, working closely with probation practitioners and key stakeholders, you will carry out initial assessments to understand individual circumstances and develop tailored accommodation plans through structured interventions. You'll support participants in navigating housing challenges, ensure they are kept informed of decisions affecting them, and promote their understanding of rights, responsibilities, and available support.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary Starting from £25,877 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
