Explore your next role:
As a key member of the Accessory Shop team, the Accessory Shop Administrator will report to the Manager, Accessory Shop, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Accessory Shop Department. The candidate will assist the Manager, Accessory Shop in creating and managing repair orders and work scope by obtaining the needed updates and statuses to meet requirements of tasks.   * Please note it's a Temporary role.

  • Create and populate aircraft and department work orders, work packages, and forms to support Accessory Shop operations.  
  • Collect and distribute repair requests and materials needed to support repairs. 
  • Assist the Manager, Accessory Shop, by generating customer estimates and providing reports and proposals when requested.  
  • Perform auditing on certifications, work packages, internal forms, and inventory levels to meet forecasted work.  
  • Work with OEM, Stores, and Maintenance departments to monitor and procure material shortages. 
  • Coordinate with Material Control Department the delivery of outstanding materials, handling of customer supplied material, and the material movement within the facility, as well as incoming and outgoing shipments.  
  • Build and maintain relationships with all departments within Voyageur, as well as key vendors and customers.  
  • Generate all Accessory Shop invoicing (internal/external), and ensure billing is in accordance with estimate, forward for review and approval to the Shop Supervisor, and ensure final invoice is sent to the customer. Must also ensure revenue/cost package sent to accounting for posting. 
  • Additional administrative duties as required.  

Your Distinctive Ingredients for Success:

  • College diploma or equivalent required. (Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering, Technology, or Business) 
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word. 
  • Knowledge of aircraft parts, repair process, WinAir, MRB requirements, and CARs (Canadian Aviation Regulations) is considered an asset. 
  • Complete tasks accurately and efficiently with high attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions. 
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You must be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
