1. Product Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement the product development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements in the automotive accessories industry.
Define product roadmaps, timelines, and development priorities.
2. Product Development Management
Lead the product development team through all stages: ideation, design, prototyping, testing, and launch.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and design teams to ensure product feasibility and quality.
Oversee material selection, product specifications, and performance standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality certifications.
3. Project Management
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure timely product launches that meet market and business requirements.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to define product positioning, features, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production and sourcing.
Provide technical input for marketing materials and product documentation.
5. Leadership & Team Development
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing product development team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate team performance and support professional growth.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Management, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in product development within the automotive industry.
At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of bringing successful automotive accessories to market.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of automotive accessory products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English
