GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Accessibility Coordinator supports the implementation of accommodations for students with disabilities, working closely with the Director to determine eligibility and ensure compliance with ADA, Section 504, and related laws. This role serves as a key resource for students, faculty, and staff, manages accommodation processes and confidential records, and collaborates across campus to coordinate services such as notetaking and housing accommodations while promoting equitable access and supporting program assessment.

Education/Experience
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in student development, psychology, higher education administration or related field. Experience in navigating student disability and access accommodations in a college setting.
Supervisory Responsibility None.
Time Type: Part time, 30 hours, 10 months per year (off June & July)

Compensation Budgeted Salary Range: $24.00-$26.00

Work Schedule This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week for 10 months per year from August to May Annually. The regular hours for this position will be scheduled between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. These hours may vary due to needs of the College or department.
