Dear Accessibility Consultants,
 
We are currently looking for multiple Accessibility Consultants for one of the leading digital marketing agencies in the US (global size). It's 100% remote and long-term.

REQUIREMENTS (Accessibility Consultant):
- Proficiency in W3C web standards, HTML semantics and UX principles.
- Ability to translate mockups and UX discussions into clear accessibility requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with WCAG/ARIA guidelines, and knowledge of North American regulations (AODA, ADA, Section 508), and how to apply them.
- Skilled at evaluating web components for accessibility using manual reviews and tools such as screen readers, Axe or Lighthouse.
- Confidently present findings and collaborate in design reviews, annotating wireframes and guiding teams to build accessible experiences.
