PSI Pax, Inc, has an exciting opportunity for an Access Violation Management (AVM) Analyst to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supports the AVM program by monitoring exceptions, performing initial triage, collecting evidence, and tracking remediation activities under established procedures.
• Monitors AVM queues/inboxes and intake access-violation cases (e.g., SoD conflicts, elevated access exceptions, access outside policy).
• Performs initial triage: validate request completeness, confirm user/role/application details, and route to correct owners (IT, application, business).
• Collects and organizes audit evidence (approvals, tickets, logs, screenshots, recertification outputs) following documentation standards.
• Tracks case status, due dates, and remediation actions in the case management or GRC tool; follow up with stakeholders for closure.
• Supports periodic activities: access reviews, exception recertifications, metrics reporting, and control attestations.
• Escalates aging/high-risk items per playbook and ensure communications are clear and professional.
Qualifications:
• Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A FINAL Secret adjudicated clearance is required to start.
• At least seven (7) years of professional experience with deep technical expertise in conducting cyber security audits including monitoring exceptions, performing initial triage, collecting evidence, and tracking remediation activities under established procedures.
• • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data to both executive leadership and action officers.
• Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline.
